The view from the entrance of the buffalo jump is an incredible view of the Milk River Valley and the badlands to the north of Havre. It quickly becomes apparent why Native American's chose this site for a buffalo jump. The hill is steep, there is a ready supply of water and they could camp in a sheltered area.
